The Broker
Zoe Ramirez brings residential brokerage and large scale institutional real estate experience to every Eastside buyer and seller she represents.
Zoe’s background spans residential brokerage and large scale institutional property operations. Earlier in her career she represented buyers and sellers across the Eastside residential market, in many of the same communities she serves today.
In parallel, she held leadership roles managing multifamily and mixed use portfolios across Washington State, overseeing more than $2 billion in managed real estate assets. That work meant underwriting multi phase developments, analyzing asset performance, building marketing and leasing plans, and partnering with ownership groups and development teams on some of the region’s largest projects.
Before returning fully to brokerage, Zoe also held a leadership position with Delta Air Lines, managing large operational teams and delivering premium service to travelers around the world.
Today she is a founding member of the First And Main Woodinville office and part of the A-Z Collective, focused on Issaquah, the Sammamish Plateau, Snoqualmie and North Bend, and committed to giving back to the communities she calls home.
